Terms and Conditions
Seller
These terms apply to all orders placed in the shop on massimilianorossetto.com. The seller is Massimiliano Rossetto Studio, Baslerstrasse 30, 8048 Zürich, Switzerland (“we”, “us”). Contact: info@massimilianorossetto.com.
Products
We offer limited edition fine art prints, hand-signed and numbered by Massimiliano Rossetto. Each print is made to order. We display colors as accurately as possible, but colors on your screen may differ slightly from the printed work.
Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country, which are paid by the buyer. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you order applies.
Orders
You can review and correct your order before confirming it. The contract is concluded when you complete payment, and you receive an order confirmation by email. If a print can no longer be supplied, for example because an edition is sold out, we will inform you and refund you in full.
Payment
Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe, or through PayPal. Card details are processed directly by these providers; we never see your full card number.
Delivery
Prints are produced after your order and are usually delivered within 2–4 weeks. If a delay occurs, we will let you know by email.
Returns
See Returns & Refunds below. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Copyright
All works and images on this website are the intellectual property of Massimiliano Rossetto. Buying a print does not transfer any reproduction or usage rights. Images may not be copied or used without written permission.
Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer living outside Switzerland, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Delivery time
Prints are made to order and usually arrive within 2–4 weeks.
Packaging
Prints are shipped unframed, flat/rolled in a sturdy cardboard package/tube.
Partners
We work with certified shipping partners, which may vary depending on the size of the work and the destination: Swiss Post, DHL, GLS and DPD.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, so you can follow your delivery until it arrives at your door.
Returns & Refunds
Returns
You can return a print within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The print must be undamaged, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Please contact us first, before sending anything back; we will send you the return address.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. We recommend a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for prints lost on their way back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive the print and confirm it is in its original condition, we refund the full purchase price and the original shipping costs within 14 days, to your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund after that, please check with your bank first, then contact us.
Damage
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and include photos of the damage and of the packaging. We will arrange the return at our cost and produce a new print for you. The damaged print is destroyed to protect the integrity of the limited edition.
Privacy Policy
Overview
This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit massimilianorossetto.com, buy a print or subscribe to the newsletter. We process personal data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Website visits
Our website host automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, time of access and the pages you visit. This is necessary to display the website and keep it secure. The website uses only the cookies needed for it to work, for example to keep your shopping cart.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. Google may process this data outside Switzerland and the EU. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Orders
We collect your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number if provided, and order details. We use this data to process and deliver your order, send you order and shipping confirmations, and meet our legal accounting obligations. Payment details are collected directly by Stripe or PayPal.
Messages
When you write to us, we use your email address and the content of your message to reply to you.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we use your email address to send you news about exhibitions and new works. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every newsletter.
Providers
We share personal data only with the providers we need to run the website and the shop: Cargo, which hosts the website and the shop; Stripe and PayPal, which process payments (Stripe privacy policy); Zoho Campaigns, which sends the newsletter; and our shipping partners (Swiss Post, DHL, GLS, DPD), which receive your name and address to deliver your order. Some of these providers process data outside Switzerland and the EU, for example in the United States. In that case, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose data where required by law.
Retention
Order data is kept for as long as Swiss accounting law requires (generally 10 years). Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to receive a copy of it, or to object to its processing, by writing to info@massimilianorossetto.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the EU, your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
