Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone from the day you recevied your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
In case you would like to proceed with a refund, please email us within 30 days from the day you received your item.
After inspecting the item and verifying it is still in perfect conditions, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. You will get the full price of the Product.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to our studio, please contact us before sending your item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We strongly suggest you to use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damage
If the art arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will then arrange for the return of the artwork. For documentation purposes, we always require photographic evidence of the damage. After processing the return, we will immediately have a new one produced for you. We will dispose of the damaged image so that it does not affect the limited edition.
